1. Program Description

VINE23, LLC offers SMS messaging services to help businesses communicate with their customers. Message types may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service updates and customer support

Promotional offers or marketing messages

Follow-ups after missed calls or lead form submissions

General business communications

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us or one of our clients.

2. Consent & Opt-In

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by:

Submitting your phone number via a form or booking page

Providing verbal or written consent to a business using our services

Checking an opt-in box or clicking a confirmation link

By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive text messages at the provided number.

3. Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying:

STOP – to unsubscribe from future messages

HELP – to receive assistance or contact information

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating you’ve been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred through SMS communication.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

By opting in, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information, including your mobile number, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is only shared with authorized service providers necessary to deliver messaging services.

6. SMS Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery of SMS messages is subject to mobile carrier network availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for any delayed or failed messages.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS programs. By opting in, you confirm you meet this requirement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our messaging services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
